HOLIDAY RENTAL or LONGER TERM (AUTUMN - SPRING)

Location 

The villa is located in a quiet (no through) road alongside La Marquesa Golf Course, Cuidad Quesada, Costa Blanca, Spain.

The villa is a few minutes walk to the Golf Club, bars, restaurants and supermarket meaning car hire is not strictly necessary.  

Spanish villages surround the area, the nearest being Rojales which is approximately a 10 minutes walk.  Rojales has a medical centre, market (Thurs a.m.), banks, many restaurants and celebrates the Spanish Fiestas.

The town of Cuidad Quesada has lots of international bars, restaurants, banks, chemist, medical centre, shops etc. is approximately 3 kilometres away.

Markets are held in nearby villages and towns every day.  Rojales is nearest on a Thursday morning.

Beaches are located at Guardamar (7 kms), La Mata (10 kms), Torrevieja (12 kms).  All are towns with many shops and facilities. 

Golf – The villa is located in a street alongside La Marquesa 18 hole golf course with the golf club just a few minutes walk.  There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance for the enthusiastic golfer.

Airports - Cuidad Quesada is approximately 35 minutes drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports giving access to cheap flights from the UK.  Transport can be arranged to and from both airports.

The Villa 

The villa is detached and located at the top of a small road.  The villa is part of a small community and the communal pool is located a few metres away.  Parking is available outside the villa gates for 1 small car or there is parking available on the main road.

The villa is typically Spanish with white walls and has a rooftop solarium, balcony and patio areas ideal for BBQ’s and al-fresco dining or to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.  

The villa is decorated to a good standard and is comfortably furnished and comprehensively equipped.  The living space comprises open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room.  Outside there is a utility room with washing machine and storage.  There is a balcony with table and chairs and a large patio with tiled table and chairs.

Lounge/Dining area

The lounge area features a settee that converts to a double bed, therefore accommodating six people in comfort.  Dining can be inside at the dining table and chairs or outside on the balcony or patio areas.  There is hot/cold air conditioning and is equipped with wide-screen television with English satellite TV, DVD and playstation.

Kitchen & Utility

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, micro-wave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.  Outside there is a utility/storage cupboard with washing machine, iron and ironing board, BBQ, sun beds etc.

Bedrooms

There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and all bed linen is provided.  Double with ceiling fan and portable air conditioning unit, the beds can be made as single or double.  Twin room has a portable fan.

Shower Room

The shower room has spacious walk in shower, sink and toilet. Towels are provided.

Balcony

The balcony is at the front of the villa with entry into the living room and is an ideal spot to sit and relax.  There is a table and chairs which make it ideal for al-fresco dining - especially in the morning for breakfast or to enjoy a drink in the evening. 

Solarium

There is a solarium accessible from the balcony which is an ideal area for sunbathing or to sit looking at the golf course or fantastic mountain views.

Community

The communal pool is just a few yards away and provides an area to sun bathe.  Guests must respect and the community and adhere to the pool rules.
