Location
The villa is located in a quiet road approximately 5 minutes walk to the Country Club and The Club Cuidad Quesada, Costa Blanca, Spain.
The Country Club and The Club are ideal for the family. There are regular activities and entertainment; there is a bowling green, snooker tables etc. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing areas, a patio area with plenty of tables and chairs where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The restaurant serves good food and bar food is also available to enjoy inside or out in the Spanish sunshine.
The local supermarket, bars and restaurants are within 15 minute walk. The main town of Cuidad Quesada which has lots of international bars, restaurants, banks, chemist, medical centre, shops etc. and the Aqua Park are a short drive but still within walking distance.
Spanish villages surround the area, the nearest being Rojales which is approximately 30 minutes walk. Rojales has a medical centre, market (Thurs a.m.), banks, and many restaurants and celebrates the Spanish Fiestas.
Markets are held in nearby villages and towns every day. Rojales is nearest on a Thursday morning and Zoco and Lemon Tree markets both just outside of Quesada on a Sunday morning.
Beaches are located at Guardamar (7 kms), La Mata (10 kms), Torrevieja (12 kms). All are towns with many shops and facilities.
Golf and Commercial Centre – La Marquesa 18 hole golf course with golf club and commercial centre with bars, restaurants and supermarket is a short drive away. There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance for the enthusiastic golfer.
Airports - Cuidad Quesada is approximately 35 minutes drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports giving access to cheap flights from the UK. Transport can be arranged to and from both airports.
The Villa
The detached villa is on 2 levels and is part of a community; it is located near the County Club in Cuidad Quesada. The villa has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people and the communal pool is located in the same road.
The villa is decorated to a good standard and is comfortably furnished and comprehensively equipped. The living space comprises open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room, family bathroom. There is a roof top terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers where you can enjoy the view of the salt lakes.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the Spanish sunshine or for al-fresco dining and a shower room.
Downstairs there is a lounge/dining area with sofa bed therefore accommodating six people in comfort, hot/cold air conditioning, stand alone fans, portable heaters and TV with English Satelite and a DVD player, dining can be inside at the dining table or upstairs on the terrace. There is a twin bedroom, family bathroom, kitchen and utility.
Kitchen/Utility
The fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and the washing machine is separate in the utility room.

Upstairs – Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, hot/cold air conditioning and patio doors leading to the roof top terrace.
Downstairs – Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
All bed linen is provided.

Upstairs – Shower room with walk in shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs – Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, sink and toilet.
Towels are provided.
Roof top terrace
The terrace is at the front with patio doors from the master bedroom and hallway. It overlooks the quiet street and there are views of Quesada, and the Salt Lakes.
Community/Communal Pool
The villa is part of a community and residents are requested to respect the community and adhere to the Communal Pool Rules.
